للتسجيل كنشاط تجاري، يجب أن تستوفي المتطلبات التالية وتضمن صحتها: To register as a business, you must meet the following requirements and guarantee their accuracy:

• تمثل نشاطاً تجارياً شرعياً ومرخصاً بموجب القوانين المعمول بها Represent a legitimate business activity licensed under applicable laws
• تقدم معلومات دقيقة وحديثة ومكتملة عن نشاطك التجاري Provide accurate, current, and complete information about your business
• تكون مخولاً قانونياً بشكل كامل لتمثيل النشاط التجاري والالتزام بهذه الشروط Be fully legally authorized to represent the business and commit to these terms
• تبلغ من العمر 21 سنة أو أكثر وتتمتع بالأهلية القانونية الكاملة Be 21 years or older and have full legal capacity
• تخضع لعملية تحقق قد تتطلب مستندات إضافية حسب تقديرنا المطلق Submit to verification process that may require additional documents at our sole discretion

نموذج الاشتراك والدفع: Subscription and Payment Model:

• تتوفر اشتراكات بفترات متنوعة (شهرية، ربع سنوية، نصف سنوية، سنوية) حسب الخطة المختارة Subscriptions are available in various periods (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual) depending on the chosen plan
• جميع المدفوعات مستحقة مقدماً وبالكامل قبل تفعيل الخدمة أو تجديدها All payments are due in advance and in full before service activation or renewal
• لا توجد استردادات جزئية أو كاملة للاشتراكات المدفوعة تحت أي ظرف أو سبب No partial or full refunds for paid subscriptions under any circumstances or reasons
• يتم تجديد الاشتراك تلقائياً ما لم يتم إلغاؤه قبل انتهاء الفترة المدفوعة بـ 48 ساعة على الأقل Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the paid period expires
• في حالة عدم التجديد أو فشل الدفع، ستفقد جميع المزايا المدفوعة فوراً ودون إشعار If not renewed or payment fails, all paid benefits will be lost immediately and without notice
• نحتفظ بحق تعديل الأسعار في أي وقت مع إشعار مسبق لا يقل عن 14 يوماً We reserve the right to modify prices at any time with at least 14 days prior notice

بنشر أو تحميل أي محتوى على المنصة، فإنك تمنحنا تلقائياً ودون قيد: By posting or uploading any content to the platform, you automatically and without limitation grant us:

• ترخيصاً دائماً وعالمياً وغير قابل للإلغاء وخالياً من الرسوم لاستخدام المحتوى A perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and royalty-free license to use the content
• الحق في تعديل أو تحرير أو إزالة أو إعادة تنسيق المحتوى حسب تقديرنا The right to modify, edit, remove, or reformat content at our discretion
• الحق في استخدام المحتوى لأغراض تسويقية وترويجية ودعائية The right to use content for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes
• الحق في مشاركة المحتوى مع أطراف ثالثة لأغراض تشغيل المنصة وتحسينها The right to share content with third parties for platform operation and improvement purposes

We own absolute and exclusive rights to all data generated from your business activity, including views, interactions, messages, statistics, and analytics. We reserve absolute and exclusive rights to: suspend, terminate, or restrict your account immediately without notice, refund, or compensation for any reason we deem appropriate, modify or remove any content or service, change terms of service or pricing, suspend service temporarily or permanently for any reason. You are not entitled to any compensation or refund in these cases.

• توافق على تعويضنا وحمايتنا من أي مطالبات أو أضرار تنشأ عن استخدامك للمنصة You agree to indemnify and protect us from any claims or damages arising from your use of the platform

نجمع ونعالج ونحتفظ بالأنواع التالية من البيانات بشكل شامل: We collect, process, and retain the following types of data comprehensively:

• إرسال إشعارات وتحديثات ومواد تسويقية وترويجية Sending notifications, updates, marketing, and promotional materials
• تحليل سلوك المستخدمين وإنشاء تقارير إحصائية وتجارية Analyzing user behavior and creating statistical and commercial reports
• منع الاحتيال وضمان الأمان ومراقبة النشاط المشبوه Preventing fraud, ensuring security, and monitoring suspicious activity

نجمع ونستخدم بيانات موقعك باستمرار حتى عند عدم استخدام التطبيق بنشاط لتحسين التوصيات والخدمات. يمكنك تعطيل خدمات الموقع من إعدادات جهازك، لكن هذا سيؤثر بشكل كبير على جودة وفعالية الخدمة المقدمة لك وقد يؤدي إلى تقييد بعض الميزات. We collect and use your location data continuously even when not actively using the app to improve recommendations and services. You can disable location services from your device settings, but this will significantly affect the quality and effectiveness of the service provided to you and may restrict some features.
