متطلبات التسجيل Registration Requirements

للتسجيل كنشاط تجاري، يجب أن تستوفي المتطلبات التالية: To register as a business, you must meet the following requirements:

• النشاط التجاري الشرعي: تمثل نشاطاً تجارياً حقيقياً ومرخصاً وفقاً للقوانين المعمول بها Legitimate Business: Represent a real business licensed according to applicable laws
• المعلومات الدقيقة: تقدم معلومات صحيحة وحديثة ومكتملة عن نشاطك التجاري Accurate Information: Provide truthful, current, and complete information about your business
• التخويل القانوني: تكون مخولاً قانونياً بشكل كامل لتمثيل النشاط التجاري Legal Authorization: Be fully legally authorized to represent the business
• الأهلية: تبلغ من العمر 21 سنة أو أكثر وتتمتع بالأهلية القانونية الكاملة Eligibility: Be 21 years or older with full legal capacity

عملية التحقق Verification Process

قد نطلب مستندات إضافية للتحقق من صحة نشاطك التجاري حسب تقديرنا المطلق. نحتفظ بحق رفض أو تعليق أي حساب لا يستوفي معايير التحقق الخاصة بنا. We may request additional documents to verify your business at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to reject or suspend any account that does not meet our verification standards.

المعلومات الأساسية Basic Information

نجمع ونحتفظ بالمعلومات التالية عن نشاطك التجاري: We collect and retain the following information about your business:

• معلومات الاتصال: اسم النشاط، رقم الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني، العنوان Contact Information: Business name, phone number, email, address
• رابط الموقع الإلكتروني: إذا كان متوفراً لديك Website Link: If you have one available
• وصف النشاط: طبيعة عملك والخدمات المقدمة Business Description: Nature of your work and services provided

مواقع النشاط Business Locations

نجمع معلومات عن مواقع فروعك ونقاط الخدمة بما في ذلك الإحداثيات الجغرافية والعناوين التفصيلية لعرضها للعملاء. We collect information about your branch locations and service points including geographic coordinates and detailed addresses to display to customers.

أوقات العمل Business Hours

نحتفظ بمعلومات ساعات عمل نشاطك التجاري وأيام الإغلاق والعطلات لمساعدة العملاء في التخطيط لزياراتهم. We retain information about your business hours, closing days, and holidays to help customers plan their visits.

الأسئلة الشائعة Frequently Asked Questions

نجمع ونحتفظ بالأسئلة الشائعة وأجوبتها التي تقدمها لمساعدة العملاء في الحصول على المعلومات بسرعة. We collect and retain frequently asked questions and their answers that you provide to help customers get information quickly.

نموذج الاشتراك Subscription Model

تتوفر اشتراكات مدفوعة بفترات متنوعة: Paid subscriptions are available in various periods:

• اشتراكات شهرية، ربع سنوية، نصف سنوية، وسنوية Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual subscriptions
• جميع المدفوعات مستحقة مقدماً وبالكامل All payments are due in advance and in full
• التجديد التلقائي ما لم يتم الإلغاء قبل 48 ساعة من انتهاء الفترة Automatic renewal unless cancelled 48 hours before period expiration
• فقدان المزايا المدفوعة فوراً عند عدم التجديد أو فشل الدفع Immediate loss of paid benefits upon non-renewal or payment failure

تعديل الأسعار Price Changes

نحتفظ بحق تعديل الأسعار في أي وقت مع إشعار مسبق لا يقل عن 14 يوماً. الاشتراكات الحالية المدفوعة ستستمر بالسعر الأصلي حتى انتهاء فترة الاشتراك. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time with at least 14 days prior notice. Current paid subscriptions will continue at the original price until the subscription period expires.

طبيعة الخدمة Service Nature

المنصة هي أداة تسويقية فحسب تهدف إلى زيادة الوضوح والتواجد الرقمي. النتائج تعتمد على عوامل متعددة خارج سيطرتنا بما في ذلك جودة خدماتك، المنافسة، ظروف السوق، وسلوك العملاء. The platform is a marketing tool only aimed at increasing visibility and digital presence. Results depend on multiple factors beyond our control including your service quality, competition, market conditions, and customer behavior.

حدود المسؤولية Liability Limitations

تحديث المعلومات Information Updates

يجب عليك بانتظام: You must regularly:

• تحديث الملف التجاري: المعلومات الأساسية، ساعات العمل، الخدمات Update business profile: Basic information, working hours, services
• دخول التطبيق: مرة واحدة على الأقل كل 30 يوماً للحفاظ على نشاط الحساب Log into the app: At least once every 30 days to maintain account activity
• مراقبة الاشتراكات: التأكد من تجديد الاشتراكات المدفوعة Monitor subscriptions: Ensure paid subscriptions are renewed
• الرد على المراجعات: التفاعل مع تقييمات العملاء بشكل مهني Respond to reviews: Interact with customer reviews professionally

الامتثال القانوني Legal Compliance

تضمن امتثالك الكامل لجميع القوانين والأنظمة المعمول بها في أنشطتك التجارية. تتحمل مسؤولية كاملة عن جميع التفاعلات والصفقات مع العملاء. You warrant your full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your business activities. You take full responsibility for all interactions and transactions with customers.

الضمانات والتعويض Warranties and Indemnification

توافق على تعويضنا وحمايتنا من أي مطالبات أو أضرار أو خسائر تنشأ عن: You agree to indemnify and protect us from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

• استخدامك للمنصة أو انتهاك هذه الشروط Your use of the platform or violation of these terms
• المحتوى الذي تنشره أو المعلومات التي تقدمها Content you post or information you provide
• علاقتك مع العملاء أو النزاعات التجارية Your relationship with customers or business disputes

تعليق وإنهاء الحسابات Account Suspension and Termination

نحتفظ بحقوق مطلقة وحصرية في: We reserve absolute and exclusive rights to:

• تعليق أو إنهاء حسابك فوراً ودون إشعار أو استرداد لأي سبب نراه مناسباً Suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice or refund for any reason we deem appropriate
• تعديل أو إزالة أي محتوى أو خدمة Modify or remove any content or service
• تغيير شروط الخدمة أو الأسعار Change service terms or pricing
• وقف الخدمة مؤقتاً أو دائمياً لأي سبب Suspend service temporarily or permanently for any reason

المعلومات المشبوهة Suspicious Information

لا يحق لك التعويض No Compensation Rights

لا يحق لك أي تعويض أو استرداد في حالة تعليق أو إنهاء حسابك لأي سبب من الأسباب المذكورة أعلاه. You are not entitled to any compensation or refund in case of suspension or termination of your account for any of the reasons mentioned above.

مراقبة التغييرات Monitoring Changes

من مسؤوليتك الكاملة مراجعة هذه الشروط بانتظام للتأكد من فهمك للتحديثات. قد نرسل إشعارات حول التغييرات المهمة، لكن هذا ليس إلزاماً. It is your complete responsibility to review these terms regularly to ensure you understand updates. We may send notifications about important changes, but this is not mandatory.

القانون المطبق Governing Law

تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسر وفقاً لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية. أي نزاع ينشأ عن هذه الاتفاقية سيتم حله حصرياً من خلال المحاكم المختصة في المملكة العربية السعودية. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from this agreement will be resolved exclusively through the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

اتفاقية كاملة Complete Agreement

تمثل هذه الشروط الاتفاقية الكاملة والحصرية بيننا وبينك بخصوص استخدام المنصة وتلغي جميع الاتفاقيات أو التفاهمات السابقة، الصريحة أو الضمنية. These terms represent the complete and exclusive agreement between us and you regarding the use of the platform and supersede all previous agreements or understandings, express or implied.
